Participants will explore two fundamental assumptions. The first is that a global shift in power and influence is occurring whereby the lead actors are not transatlantic in origin but Asian-Pacific. How will change be managed between nations as well as within key institutions, in order to adapt to this shift? The second is that Asia is able and willing to assume the global leadership responsibilities that will flow from this shifting power equation. Co-Chairs
