Austral Other Mozambique HIV/AIDS May 2004

Key Questions
• This project emphasizes that workplace policy development is a necessary step, but only after the company has already undertaken some HIV/AIDS-related activities. Should other NGOs follow this approach when looking to engage business?
• This project is entirely funded through grant money. Is it feasible to pursue a 'blended' funding model with some of the costs being covered by participating NGOs?
