Irena Jolic Simovic is a founder and CEO at Studio5 consulting, she formed in 2015. Company provides different approach to consultancy services in transformation and turn around. Implementation impact and relevancy are the differentiators. She poses the expertise in strategic management and all aspects of human resources services. Irena has long years’ experience as a board member at Croatian Telecom, leading telecom provider in Croatia and member of Deutsche Telekom Group, in different areas (HR, Corporate customers, and Fixed and Internet services). She was leading strategy and business development as a senior executives as well. Before coming to T-Hrvatski Telekom, she worked in Croatian Radio television and the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure where she was the youngest chief of staff in the Government of Republic of Croatia. Irena graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed her MBA at IEDC, Bled.
