Stuart is the Global CEO of Zambrero, a Mexican fast casual restaurant brand where every burrito or bowl enjoyed at Zambrero feeds someone less fortunate through Zambrero’s plate 4 plate program which fed over 4.5 million meals. Stuart was appointed CEO of Zambrero just before his 24th birthday in 2009. Since then Stuart has led the company from $1 million to now over USD $65 million in sales, now employing more than 2,000 people across the group and is now based in Asia to expand the business globally and help more people in need.
